REGISTRATION OF SPECIFIC ESTABLISHMENT:

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:
- Photograph of the document showing allotment of PF Code No.
- Copy of the report showing the legal status of the firm.
- Copy of receipt/cover note/insurance policy received.
- The license fee to receive the labour license.
- Copy of challans showing remittance of security deposit.
THE PROCESS COMPRISES OF FIVE (5) STEPS VIZ-
Stages 1: The business entrepreneur (candidate) will prepare as indicated by the checklists.
Stages 2: Fill up Form ’I’ (three-fold for manual accommodation) as per the rules which are accessible in the Division Office/Site
Stages 3: The filled-up application is finished in all regard and the endorsed fees are saved either through depository challan in the predetermined head of record in the Govt. Depository or through “e- Payment ” alongside the necessary reports are to be submitted to the ‘Facilitator’ or the Registering authority.
Stages 4: Submitted Forms and documents are checked by the Registration official and are authoritatively handled.
Stages 5: (a) If the application is viewed as right in all regards then the application is acknowledged and a Certificate of Registration is given to the candidate.

IMPACT OF NON-REGISTRATION:

RENEWAL OF LICENSE:
